Build My Room a Sims 3 and 4 Open Challenge

Greetings Builders and Designers!

I have started this challenge on Simtech and The Sims Creators' Consortium and through @Jendowoz, learned of this site and there are some builders and designers here that may want to partake in this.

You can view everything about this challenge on Simtech. There is no need to join in at Simtech, unless you want too! If not that's okay too as you can post your rooms here!

In a nutshell, every two weeks (the room will be posted on a Sunday and close 2 weeks later on a Saturday) I will post a room to be built and designed. I based this challenge on Rosemow's challenge, One Room, One Week, One Theme with some small changes.
